Y*** & S*** En***
Y*** & S*** En*** are ministers in Sofia, Bulgaria and the surrounding Baltic States. Our financial contributions, prayer, and co-operative ventures support their many forms of outreach. To protect our Bulgarian co-laborers from persecution we have chosen to omit their personal profiles.
Projects Crossways has supported include:
- Weekly outreach to the local prison inmates and their families
- Programs supporting family gatherings and employment opportunities for ex-prisoners
- Youth evangelistic teams in rural areas that are largely populated by Muslims
- Evangelistic outreach within the Iranian and Syrian refugee camps pouring into Bulgaria on their way to Western Europe. We help supply their need for medicine and food, and the gospel of salvation in Jesus. Current estimates are that 95% of them are open to the gospel!
- Publication of Christian literature specifically designed to minister to men
- Care and housing for unwed mothers.

The church in Bulgaria
The church in Bulgaria struggles to throw off a Communist mentality. As the economy falters, transitioning from dependency on the government to dependency on God is challenging. Y*** plays an important role in assisting other believers and pastors. He especially has a heart for men’s ministry and publishes books for men when possible.
